Beholding love on a chilly winter day.
I knew I wanted love in my life forever to stay.
For certainly love belonged with me.
Infinitely,lovingly, HOLY and GODLY!
For I knew of this love from a long time ago.
Of course back then I didn't know
But, when I beheld love I saw a glow.
I understood the reason for the many paths of my life.
I could see the reason for the sacrifice.
But, then love turned and went away.
My heart skipped a beat & my spirit cried, "Don't go away!"
God said, "No good thing will I keep from you!"
The sweet whispers of my Father comforted me for I believe and know His words are true.
"I trust you Lord, was my response", "I trust you dear Savior to do what you said you would do!" Thank you for brand new mercies fresh like the morning dew.

I behold love....for God is love!
